Calla Lilly

The concept for this chair comes from its name: Italian for sling/slingshot. The idea is to create a soft channel quilted seat, suspended in an elegant framework.

The inspiration comes from several of the groundbreaking designs of the mid 20th century in which simplicity and elegance of engineering reduces the design to its essence (e.g. Eames Chair, Butterfly Chair).
